The Medical Chart Reviewer performs detailed, retrospective chart reviews to analyze medical documentation for medical decision making and potential diagnostic opportunities. The chart reviewer will be working for a diagnostic error surveillance project in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including management, physicians, clinical and non-clinical personnel. They will primarily work on chart reviews with the Researcher-In-Residence of the project using tools developed by a collaborative research team. This is a part-time position and will be probationary for a period of six months.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Medical degree required.
Minimum of two years of experience in providing direct patient care is preferred.
