The Manager of Employee Experience and Diversity & Inclusion will work alongside our HR Business Partner organization, have an active role on the Employee Engagement Committee, and report directly to the Performance and Organizational Effectiveness Organization to ensure we maintain alignment with the overall people goals and organizational effectiveness strategies.
We are seeking a candidate who has the ability to:
Establish and deliver employee experience management and inclusivity processes and practices that focus on building positive and energizing employee experiences.
Emphasize collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Implement and facilitate engagement and inclusivity approaches and philosophies.
Design programs to improve employee engagement and provide analysis to monitor the results of the programs as they relate to employee satisfaction, engagement and patient care standards.
Champion a culture that welcomes and celebrates our diversity and promotes an environment of mutual respect and connectivity so that all staff members can openly contribute to the formation and realization of our shared organizational goals.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in human resources or a related discipline. Master’s degree is preferred.
Three to five years of experience working withina healthcare and/or patient-centric organization setting.
Experience working with management and organization/leadership development.
Proven experience developing or managing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Ability to analyze and report on employee satisfaction and engagement metrics.
A natural relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
