The Human Resources Manager for Recruitment will coordinate the implementation of services, policies and programs for recruitment and retention. Working with the HR leadership team, you will guide and manage the overall provision of HR services and provide leadership in the development and implementation of policies, practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance workplace culture.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of experience in Human Resources management; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Three years of recruitment experience, including the use of social media and outreach strategies to source and hire talent
Broad knowledge and expertise in employment law, compensation programs and workforce planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
Knowledge of new recruitment technologies (TextRecruit, AI, etc.) preferred
Master’s degree, HR certification and experience in an acute care multi-hospital system a plus
