Job Title: Marketing Advancement Coordinator Location: Geisinger Office Building I Department: Business Strategy Development Schedule: Days Work Type: Full Time
Job Summary:
As a key member of the Market Advancement team, the Market Advancement Coordinator will work in tandem with the Strategy & Market Advancement department to provide support on key projects and initiatives focused on market advancement and growth. The Market Advancement Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining databases, managing complex projects and coordinating with other areas in Geisinger to facilitate issue resolution and planning for other market advancement initiatives
Competencies and Skills:
Demonstrates related business experience, with emphasis on project management and facilitation skills
Demonstrates analytical, problem solving, strategic thinking, critical thinking, decision modeling and organizational skills.
Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access. Proficiency with dashboard reporting software and data query tools (Tableau, Business Objects, AltoSoft, and/or SQL) is desirable but not required.
Demonstrates ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to produce examples of written reports.
Demonstrates ability to prepare and present high-level presentations. Must be able to produce examples of presentations and related support materials.
Demonstrates people skills, including ability and comfort with developing external contacts for information collection and benchmarking.
Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates ability to adapt to all co-workers, management styles, and direction
Education and or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required. Minimum of one year related professional experience required. Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Work is typically performed in an office environment. Due to fluid nature and visibility of the department’s work, flexible work hours are required
