We’re seeking a self-motivated professional with a related Bachelor’s degree and:

Seven or more years of employment relations experience, particular in a unionized environment
Advanced knowledge of labor/employment law and the principles and techniques of labor negotiations
Ability to analyze and draft proposals for negotiations, settlements, other employment agreements
Exceptional communication, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
Thorough understanding of organizational policies and procedures
Ability to handle extremely difficult/volatile situations effectively
Computer proficiency with MS Office
In-depth knowledge of public sector laws/requirements, the healthcare industry, and higher education preferred
JD highly desirable
