The Corporate Director of Team Member Experience reports to the Vice President of Human Resources. The role acts as a liaison between the employer and the team member and works to maintain a positive environment for those who work at Central Florida Health. This position is critical for building initiatives to foster a positive, high performing employment culture and environment that aligns with the mission and values of Central Florida Health.
The role is responsible for identification, recommendation and administration of best practices related to team member relations and all applicable policies and practices. Areas of responsibility include: team member relations, team embraces diversity and is free from harassment and discriminatory practices, providing advice, counsel and coaching to leaders dealing with team member issues. Ensures CFH policies and practices are in accordance with federal and state employment laws.
Graduate Degree- Strongly preferred, if candidate does not possess at hire must complete within 2 years of hire date.
