JCH&L seeks a team- and goal-oriented Information Technology Director help us continue to excel in quality, patient experience and performance.
The IT Director leads strategic planning of information technology for the entire organization; recruits and trains new employees in the IT department; and manages the department's budget. Tasks include:
* Providing network planning, management and support for computer systems and telephone system.
* Prioritizing computer needs and requests to meet the needs of the users.
* Evaluating and facilitating resolution of computer and network problems to ensure an appropriate solution for user problems.
* Following industry standard protocols and procedures while analyzing and documenting user requirements for new computer systems, enhancements to existing systems and computer hardware.
* Ensuring security of computer system and all electronic records
3-5 years of related experience in managing information systems.
Management experience and experience in healthcare related information systems, preferred.
Knowledge of the use and support of personal computers, file servers, network architecture and operating systems, and is able to demonstrate familiarity with the operations and support of networked peripheral devices.
Certification and/or demonstrated experience in support of Windows Active Directory Networks, VMWARE, VLANS and associated software applications which are commonly associates with these applications.
Knowledge of phone systems, PRI - SIP Trunking, preferred.
Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
