We are seeking Compensation Manager candidate with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or related field, a functional knowledge of statistics as applied in a business environment preferred.
Minimum 7 years in the design, implementation, of compensation experience required.
Strong Excel skills are vital
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
