Evaluates the complete recruiting function, strategies, and procedures in order to find opportunities for improvement and drives a culture of constant improvement
Develop system-wide strategies and processes that utilize both traditional and modern/innovative sources in order to cover all talent pools available to the organization
Leads the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics in alignment with mission and vision of NMHS.
Identify and partner with high schools, colleges and local development organizations to create strong working relationships for current and future talent needs in the system.
Works with the recruiting team to mentor, coach, manage, encourage and develop their professional growth and skills
Create and maintain standardized reporting systems that lead to solutions and improvement of programs
Leverages key analytical and dashboard metrics to grow a data-driven recruiting team
Directs all talent acquisition efforts for the organization and leads the department staff
Builds strong relationships with customers and delivers results in a rapidly and constantly evolving healthcare environment
Oversees the compliance of all internal and external regulations related to recruitment and selection processes
Collaborate with leaders to determine current and future talent requirements of the business and departments
Project management related to all HR initiatives and goals
Create strong relationships with HR Business Partners and community hospital HR leaders to achieve optimal outcomes for system
Develop HR Generalist talent skills among the staff members
Participate in community-based events to create diversity and inclusion with the workforce.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Demonstrated background and knowledge of managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, on-boarding, coaching and terminating.
Working knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and regulations, credentials/licensure and a general familiarity with FLSA.
Prior experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources management and generalist role for a large, fast-paced health service or corporate entity.
Excellent written, computer/office and oral communication skills are required for the position to engage stakeholders.
Ability to manage projects and achieve outcomes as designated.
