This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual seeking to direct the total human resources function of a friendly, vibrant healthcare organization. Position is responsible for strategic and ongoing operations and oversight of organization’s human resources function, including compensation and benefits, recruitment and staffing, employee/labor relations, organizational development, leadership development and compliance. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the organization's top leadership team. The individual will have the opportunity to positively impact the organizational culture through development and implementation of effective performance management, staff development, and other key human resource processes, policies and practices.
Successful candidates will meet the following requirements; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field, master's degree strongly preferred; with at least five year's demonstrated successful experience in human resources management. PHR/SPHR/CP/SCP certification desired. Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities are a must. Must bring mastery of analytical, problem-solving, quality management, planning and organizational skills.
