Atlantic Health is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. The selected candidate will provide consultative services and support for human resource issues and initiatives which impacts leaders and team members of Atlantic Health System (AHS), in collaborative with the Directors. Makes recommendations for the development, design, and roll out of programs and initiatives. Acts as a subject matter expert on HR work relations, assistance with private practice physician relationships, AHS policies, procedures, and fundamentals of all core areas of human resources for AHS team members and leaders. This position will support all team members and leaders at Atlantic Medical Group and the physician enterprise.
The role will focus heavily on labor relations, policies and procedures, regulatory and compliance.
In collaboration with the Director of Workforce Experience, offers thought leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution. Provides insightful data to guide decision making and offers proactive solutions.
Works in conjunction with Director of Workforce Experience and Director of Total Rewards reevaluating the infrastructure of departments, aligning compensation and job titles that best meet the organizations goals.
Works collaboratively with Directors of Workforce Experience and all Leadership
Coordinates various projects, tasks and programs that impact business objectives.
Advises leaders on strategies to build and sustain strong team member engagement.
Acts as an expert on policies, procedures, employment law, and fundamentals of all core areas of HR.
Provides HR team leadership in the absence of the Leader.
Works collaboratively with all AMG leaders, team members and physicians and provides consultative and functional workforce experience, workforce relations, talent management and talent acquisition support to assigned customer divisions, acting as an HR business partner.
Analyzes internal and external metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommends changes to positively impact AHS.
Provides day-to-day operations of HR in support of the business in the assigned division.
Partners with leadership to analyze business needs for organizational planning and development. In partnership with talent management utilizes performance management system to develop and implement training and program plan.
In coordination with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management delivers operational excellence of HR programs and process related to performance management, staffing, leadership development and change management.
Bachelor's Degree required.
A minimum 5 years of Human Resources generalist experience required. Extensive understanding and knowledge of employee relations required. Private Practice experience a plus. Demonstrated leadership experience and strong Physician relationship experience required. Healthcare experience required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, computer skills and ability to multi-task. Must have excellent workforce relations skill sets, customer service and demonstrated ability to follow-through with physician and employee relations issues and be comfortable with working through issues with customers. HR certification (i.e., CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
