The Constituent Research Manager (CRM) has the primary responsibility for meeting the prospect identification, qualification, research needs, and moves management processes of the Foundation, enabling Foundation employees to meeting fund raising goals. This position has the primary responsibility for administering the Foundation's daily grateful patient identification process which includes uploading daily reports and segmenting data as well as maintaining the other technical components of the program for the NETX region. The CRM will contribute to the planning and implementation of Foundation activities to maximize private sector support and work collaboratively with the Foundation's President, Executive Directors, Senior Development Officer and other members of the Foundation team to identify and evaluate specific prospective donors for cultivation and gift solicitation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
5-10 years' experience in development/fundraising environment. Familiarity with development best practices and HIPAA regulations.
5-10 years' experience in development/fundraising environment as a research strategist. Knowledge of best practice based fundraising research, analytics and relationship management practices of APRA.
